★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas condiciones en las que se encuentran los cajeros automáticos de esta sucursal. Es utilizado como baño público, verdaderamente es una vergüenza y un asco acudir a este lugar. Los olores que despide el lugar se perciben hasta la calle. Hay desechos fecales y orines adentro.
Se encuentra en el corazón del centro histórico de la ciudad, a espaldas del palacio de gobierno donde se tiene vigilancia las 24 hrs. Y es inconcebible que esto suceda.
Últimamente han surgido muchas críticas hacia citibanamex por el cierre de muchas sucursales a causa de la pandemia en la ciudad, lo cual resultó contraproducente pues obliga a los usuarios a aglomerarse en las pocas que prestan servicio; no cuentan con sistema de citas siquiera, utilizan fichas lo más rudimentarias que existen y asignan un horario para la atención, siendo estás insuficientes cabe aclarar.
Al estar dentro de las sucursales la atención es muy decadente, el personal aún viendo la demanda, no realiza lo correspondiente para agilizar el flujo de personas y de trámites.
Al día de hoy como usuario de los servicios bancarios que ofrece citibanamex, tengo una pésima imagen de este banco. Y este hecho antihigiénico, poco profesional y serio de su parte hacia los usuarios, es reprobable.

Being within the branches, the service is very decadent, the staff, even seeing the demand, do not do the corresponding thing to speed up the flow of people and procedures.
To this day, as a user of the banking services offered by citibanamex, I have a terrible image of this bank. And this unsanitary, unprofessional and serious fact on their part towards users is reprehensible.
