Terrible service. Bad attention, they give you wrong information over the phone and you still sign documents and then they tell you that they always don't. They should better train their people before wasting time.

I went to make some payments, their ticketing machine does not put non-members customers on the screen, had to wait a long time, and only after several complaints did they let me get my payments done. Very rude staff, if possible, i would give them a rating of -5.
