★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deplorable servicio, más de una hora en la sucursal solo para un trámite tan sencillo como el alta de una nueva cuenta en su App.
Mala organización y enormes filas fuera de la sucursal.
 Deplorable service, more than an hour in the branch just for a procedure as simple as registering a new account in your App.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es demasiado pequeña y encerrada, siempre hace calor dentro, si vas a servicio al cliente hay que apartar al menos 4 horas para estar esperando, la máquina de números de la entrada a veces funcionan a veces no y lo peor es que solo tienen una caja automática para hacer depósitos, que está fuera de servicio muy seguido, filas y filas siempre que es quincena!
The branch is too small and enclosed, it is always hot inside, if you go to customer service you have to set aside at least 4 hours to be waiting, the number machine at the entrance sometimes works sometimes not and the worst thing is that they only have an automatic deposit box, which is out of service very often, rows and rows whenever it is a fortnight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El banco es muy pequeño para el número de usuarios que diariamente acuden. Por lo que la atención se convierte en pésima y por lo tanto las esperas para ser atendido son de varias horas. En verdad les suguiero en ampliar la sucursal o en su defecto poner otra sucursal en la plaza cañada para mitigar el flujo de clientes y así mejorar el servicio
The bank is very small for the number of users who go daily. So the care becomes terrible and therefore the wait to be attended is several hours. I really suggest you to expand the branch or, failing that, put another branch in the plaza cañada to mitigate the flow of customers and thus improve the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este instante acaban de correrme prac ticamente del banco porque una de las servidoras salto mi num y muy grosera me dijo que ella habia llamado el siguiente num y no el mio que estaba inmediatamente(640), pesimo servicio y no se merecen ni una estrella. Aqui subire la foto de la servidora que no quiso atenderme junto con su jefa, El Gerente muy amable salio a entablar una comunicacion amable y le ofreci disculpas apesar de todo, la jefa de cajas me dijo que no tenia derecho a tomar fotos pero ya es el colmo con estas dos peraonas que cada vez que aqui sus servidora viene a que la atiendan me salgan con esto. Estoy en mi justo derecho a que me atiendan la primera vez se la pase y no toleraré una segunda vez. Que mal Citybanamex que empleees esta clase de peraonas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal horrible, desde que está lo del covid maneja "fichas" (el único lugar donde no te atiende un ejecutivo por teléfono, si o si debes ir a la sucursal), solo hay 3 turnos por hora (llamate suertudo si alcanzaste ficha), se tardan horas en atenderte así vayas a recoger una tarjeta puedes estar ahí hasta 4 hrs, solo por que hay cosas que solo se venden con banamex si no ya habría cancelado banamex desde cuando
