Te atienden con lujo de prepotencia empezando por el guardia que a todos ve con cara de ladrones, y las cajeras te tratan como se te hicieran un gran favor ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue a esta sucursal a las 15:20 me indica el personal que ya no me pueden dejar pasar porque cierran a las 16:00 hrs. ya que no cuentan con fichas cuando en la sala de espera solo había una persona.
I arrived at this branch at 3:20 p.m., the staff told me that they can no longer let me pass because they close at 4:00 p.m. since they do not have tokens when there was only one person in the waiting room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te dicen que debes de sacar una cita para la apertura de una cuenta y te envían a otra sucursal argumentando que hay menos gente ahí!
Terrible service, they tell you that you must make an appointment to open an account and they send you to another branch arguing that there are fewer people there!

No respetan tu turno así tengas ya tu turno te saltan
Para un tramite sencillo te hacen esperar horas.
Horrible todo la verdad

Horrible service, to begin with the guy who is in charge of giving you your turn makes you wait outside "so as not to fill the room" but he lets more people pass so they come to the same thing.
They don't respect your turn even if you have your turn and they skip you
For a simple process they make you wait hours.
