Cuando terminé la señorita de la entrada me preguntó que qué hacia allí y hasta tuvo que ir el gerente para decirme que no contaban con las monedas de la denominación que buscaba

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy muy seguido por cuestiones de trabajo, y suele ser muy rápido el proceso en Ventanillas, el personal de la entrada y de ventanillas, todos muy atentos y siguiendo los protocolos de sanidad.
I go very often for work issues, and the process at Ventanillas is usually very fast, the staff at the entrance and windows, all very attentive and following the health protocols.

Lleno de gente los marcadores de numeros no avanzan es super desesperante!!! Todos platicando los cajeros con los asesores... pesimo lastima que aqui tengo mi cuenta inicial me da vergüenza
Pesimo service, staff descortez, is a waste of time, do not know how to solve problems, 3 hours to be served and they serve you with bad faces, nothing helpful, sorry to help! Full of people the numbers markers do not advance is super desperate! Everyone talking to the tellers with the advisers ... it's a pity that here I have my initial account I'm ashamed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio no es muy bueno que digamos, además de que tienen muy pocas cajas abiertas. Lo único rescatable y por lo que le doy tres estrellas es porque sus cajeros automáticos siempre están disponibles ya sea para hacer depósitos o simplemente para retirar dinero.
The service is not very good to say, besides they have very few open boxes. The only salvageable and for what I give three stars is because their ATMs are always available either to make deposits or simply to withdraw money.

Vía Twitter me solicitaron UNA identificación, ya aquí me piden 2 identificaciones nacionales, solo tengo el pasaporte y el resto son del país de residencia, se consultó con el gerente qué se podía hacer y sin la menor consideración denegó cualquier opción. Qué mediocridad y nulo servicio de la sucursal Citibanamex Insurgentes Nuevo León pero sí muy puntuales para retirar los saldos sin movimiento hacia "la beneficiencia".
I want to close an account, I don't live here and I came exclusively for this. Via Twitter they asked me for ONE identification, here they ask me for 2 national identifications, I only have a passport and the rest are from the country of residence, the manager was asked what could be done and without the slightest consideration he denied any option. What mediocrity and no service from the Citibanamex Insurgentes Nuevo León branch but very punctual to withdraw the balances without movement towards "charity".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST you can get. I have been there at least 10 times and it is always a NIGHTMARE. The service is a disaster. It took me 2 hours to simply change my online password. There isn´t a single effort to make things quick and efficient. They will take 100 photocopies of every single document, any single transaction takes forever. At the end of the day, the staff is very polite and willing to help, but the procedures are just ridiculous. I am stuck with this bank, but would never ever recommend it to any professional whose time is precious. Just run away!
