Y la gente comenta que siempre ha sido así y si reciben críticas la empresa ha puesto la condición de cerrar la sucursal. No es mi banco de preferencia pero tuve que hacer un tramite y si no hay buena atención.
Terrible attention, they make people wait too long especially in customer service. And people comment that it has always been this way and if they receive criticism the company has put the condition of closing the branch. It is not my bank of choice but I had to do a paperwork and if there is no good attention.
