Sí resolvieron mi problema, me comunicaron vía telefónica con el Departamento que debía atenderme porque cuando yo lo hacía desde casa demoraban demasiado en atender vía telefónica por lo que les pedí que me ayudarán desde la sucursal. Incluso ya había cerrado el banco y me atendieron hasta que se resolvío mi problema. All the staff are friendly. They did solve my problem, they communicated me by phone with the Department that had to attend to me because when I did it from home they took too long to answer by phone so I asked them to help me from the branch. I had even closed the bank and they looked after me until my problem was solved.

Pero en esta sucursal hoy, la mayoría, si no es que todos los que la conforman (por qué aún no me llegaron a atender todos) en lo que va del 2022, nefastos, burlones, nada comprometidos y casi que la herencia de “ejecutivos” Banco Azteca, desde la guardia (mujer), que nada que ver con Citibanamex. Como cliente “Priority” peor aún… Ni modo, aunque me desplace más seguiré yendo a ubicaciones de mejor “prestigio”, por lo menos en esas si hacen una digna distinción cuando entras en ellas. Vecinos de esta sucursal, si tienen que l chance mejor contraten cuentas en otra sucursal, activen créditos y/o productos por otro medio, que en esta. Ni para venderme algo fueron buenos :( Triste.
