★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ,perdí más de 1 hora para nada ,ya que la señora de limpieza me dió mi turno y llegando a ventanilla , resulta que no era esa ventsnilla,sino con ejecutivo,si no sabe la señora que no se ponga a dar turnos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo siempre que voy en esta sucursal meatienden muy bien nunca he tenido algún problema si con el cajero pero con el personal ninguna queja lo único malo es que no avisan qué van a cerrar la sucursal por covid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros automáticos siempre están llenos siempre NO funcionan uno o dos y siempre se COMEN las tarjetas ya me a pasado VARIAS VECES, mejor ballan a ventanilla o a otra sucursal.
The ATMs are always full, one or two always DO NOT work and they always EAT the cards, it has already happened to me SEVERAL TIMES, it is better to go to the teller window or to another branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veses que me a tocado estar en la larguisima fila al parecer es por que los empleados de el lugar solo quieren sacar su día y la persona en la puerta trata de conbenser de manera autoritaria a las peronas me incluyo a realizar la transaccion por medio de la app no tiene un poco de sentido comun con las personas de la tercera edad las cuales por lo regular se les dificulta usarla. Amenasa que no va a dar ya estados de cuenta, como si fuese desicion de el.
