★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy sábado sólo hay gente para atender en el area de servicios a clientes y nadie apoya a su compañera cuando hay trámites fáciles, recojer plástico y no te apoyan sólo platican entre ellas y hasta risas cuando pueden agilizar y tener compañerismo ( antes lo ando echo)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está cerrado los sábados lo cual me parece muy mal, porque al parecer en el municipio de Jiutepec no hay una sola sucursal de Banamex abierta los sábados y hay que ir hasta Cuernavaca
It is closed on Saturdays which I think is very bad, because apparently in the municipality of Jiutepec there is not a single Banamex branch open on Saturdays and you have to go to Cuernavaca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente ubicación en el centro de Jiutepec el banco tiene un horario de Lunes a Sábado se 09:00 a 16:00 hrs. Cuenta con estacionamiento y 3 cajeros automáticos, el estacionamiento es gratis si el ticket está sellado, así que recuerda pedir que te sellen tu ticket.
Excellent location in the center of Jiutepec the bank has a schedule from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs. It has parking and 3 ATMs, parking is free if the ticket is sealed, so remember to ask to have your ticket stamped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicios al cliente es una calamidad, en mi experiencia me tomó dos horas y media poder ser escuchado por un ejecutivo. Además, un cajero automático inteligente en los que puedes hacer depósitos no estaba dando cambio, el personal sabía de este desperfecto y no alertaban a los usuarios, si me entregaron el cambio pero en ventanillas, lo que te lleva más tiempo.
Customer service is a calamity, in my experience it took me two and a half hours to be heard by an executive. In addition, a smart ATM where you can make deposits was not giving change, the staff knew about this failure and they did not alert users, if they gave me the change but at the windows, which takes you more time.
