Quedó en el pasado ese Banamex dónde te atendían con amabilidad, hoy parece que te están atendiendo las enfermeras del IMSS. Terrible service. The ladies serve you reluctantly and are very rude. No te tratan como cliente sino como si fueras a pedir regalado. Aparte de que la señora que me atendió junto con la "Gerente" tenían una pésima actitud. Al final solamente fue mi tiempo mal invertido y sin ninguna solución! I was in line for 3 hours waiting for an executive to attend me and when my turn came they told me that this procedure is online, while on the phone they told me that it is only and exclusively at the branch. Apart from the fact that the lady who attended me along with the "Manager" had a terrible attitude. In the end it was just my time wasted badly and without any solution!

Me tocó ver mucha gente hasta con miedo de preguntar, aparte de su enorme fila. Muy lentos. Fácil acceso y con amplio estacionamiento.
