★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy especialmente este puntaje por el hecho de que ya cuenta con cajero para depósito de efectivo por lo tanto aún cuando sea después de las 4 de la tarde puedo ir a depositar a mi tarjeta de débito y poder hacer mis compras por internet, lo malo en este aspecto es de que no le dan el mantenimiento necesario a ese cajero especial ya que hace 5 días quise hacer un depósito y la máquina me mostró un mensaje de que no se podían realizar depósitos.
Otro punto a Resaltar de esta sucursales en el área de atención al cliente en el cual te atienden de la manera más atenta los empleados Además de que si se presenta una situación poco inusual que tengan que atender le preguntan al superior inmediatamente
I especially give this score for the fact that I already have a cashier for cash deposit so even if it is after 4 in the afternoon I can go to deposit my debit card and be able to make my purchases online, the bad In this aspect it is that they do not give the necessary maintenance to that special cashier since 5 days ago I wanted to make a deposit and the machine showed me a message that no deposits could be made.
Another point to highlight from these branches in the customer service area in which the employees attend you in the most attentive way. Besides, if there is an unusual situation that they have to attend, they ask the superior immediately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El cajero 6383 NO me entrego el dinero, el servicio telefonico para levantar el reoprte y la atencion de la gerente de sucursal fue pesimo, nadie te resuelve nada, la verdad es frustrante como nadie se preocupa.
Se trata de mi sueldo .....
Cashier 6383 did NOT give me the money, the telephone service to raise the reoprte and the attention of the branch manager was terrible, nobody solves anything for you, the truth is frustrating as nobody cares.

Banamex deberia de tener un filtro mas estricto en la seleccion de sus empleados
