por ejemplo los cajeros automaticos no funcionan, él servicio muy lento por parte del personal y cuando hablas por telefono nunca te contestan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal a mi parecer ya se bastante vieja, y no va con la imagen moderna que ha querido cambiar Banamex desde la incorporación de Citi en su nombre.
Los cajeros constantemente no sirven, y las filas de personas son enormes en días concurridos.
Como punto bueno, la atención por parte de ejecutivos y el personal, tiende a ser buena.
The branch seems to me to be quite old, and does not go with the modern image that Banamex has wanted to change since the incorporation of Citi in its name.
ATMs constantly do not serve, and the lines of people are huge on busy days.
As a good point, the attention from executives and staff tends to be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recientemente era cliente de Scotiabank y decidí cambiarme por la mala atención, me sorprendió que en Banamex la atención con ejecutivo fue rápida, a pesar de haber bastantita gente, y la apertura de la cuenta más aún, en Scotiabank duras 1 hora abriendo una cuenta y otra hora esperando. El personal me pareció muy amable.
I was recently a Scotiabank customer and I decided to change because of the poor service, I was surprised that at Banamex the service with the executive was fast, despite there being quite a few people, and opening the account even more so, at Scotiabank it takes 1 hour to open an account and another hour waiting. I found the staff very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal es muy concurrida y parece estar siempre muy llena, pero la atención es rápida apesar de eso, tienen el personal suficiente. Aperturar una cuenta fue muy rápido y fácil en menos de 20 minutos. Solo hace falta modernizar un poco la sucursal.
The branch is very busy and seems to be always very crowded, but the service is quick despite that, they have enough staff. Opening an account was very quick and easy in less than 20 minutes. Just need to modernize the branch a bit.
