★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala la atención para las cuentas de las empresas.... Te asen esperar anotandote en una libreta y hasta que se desocupen y mínimo son 30 min de espera y eso sí no tienen más apuntados adelanté de ti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en contingencia por covid19, horas para pasar, adentro muy separados, pero afuera mas de 50 personas en espera, tiene personal de mas por cierre de otras sucursales pero los tienen de edecanes y no como operativos, en lugar de tenerlos atendiendo a las personas para realizar los trámites mas rapidos.... Pesimo manejo de contingencia..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado con el personal que atiende las cajas. Retiré una cantidad en efectivo, la cuál al llegar a casa volví a contar y faltaban $600 pesos. Cómo cliente uno jamás esperaría un robo así, desde ese incidente cada que retiro dinero (en cualquier banco) vuelvo a contarlos sin salir de la sucursal.
Be very careful with the staff that attends the boxes. I withdrew an amount in cash, which when I got home I recounted and $600 pesos were missing. As a client, one would never expect a robbery like this, since that incident every time I withdraw money (at any bank) I count them again without leaving the branch.
