Al pedir ayuda al gerente, hace caso omiso. Muy mala experiencia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefastos, vine a recoger una tarjeta de crédito y se supone que soy cliente Priority y me hacen esperar más de 39 minutos. Una vez que llegó con el ejecutivo me indica que mi trámite no me dejara hacerlo por una falla en el sistema, eso me lo hubieran indicado y así no espero tanto tiempo.
Nefastos, I came to pick up a credit card and I'm supposed to be a Priority customer and they make me wait more than 39 minutes. Terrible service, I was going for my token and I left without a token and without being able to enter my app because they don't even know how to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefastos!! Pésimo servicio, hice un depósito en cajero y no me regreso el dinero, levante reportes y pedí que mostrarán el video para comprobarlo pero se niegan a hacerlo. Soy cliente desde 2007, liquido el saldo y cancelare mi cuenta. Me robaron y lo peor del caso es que es un BANCO!! Esperaría réplica pero se que no tienen el valor de hacerlo.
Nefarious !! Terrible service, I made a deposit at the ATM and the money was not returned, I raised reports and asked that they show the video to verify it but they refuse to do so. I have been a customer since 2007, I pay off the balance and cancel my account. They robbed me and the worst of the case is that it is a BANK !! I would expect a reply but I know they don't have the courage to do so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la peor sucursal a la que he ido en siete años. Aunque el cajero fue amable conmigo, me tuvieron esperando 40 minutos a pesar de ser cliente. Las pantallas no funcionaban con los turnos, tenían que gritarnos los números y parece que nadie pone orden, las otras ejecutivas bien metidas en el chisme. Horrible sucursal. Prepárense a sufrir.
It is the worst branch I have been to in seven years. Although the cashier was nice to me, they kept me waiting 40 minutes despite being a customer. The screens did not work with the shifts, they had to yell at us the numbers and it seems that nobody is putting order, the other executives well into the gossip. Horrible branch. Prepare to suffer.
