★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien con el banco, pero tiene un estacionamiento pésimo, nunca hay lugar y siempre obstruyen la vía pública, si encuentras lugar salir de ahí es complicado y riesgoso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio,pedi hablar con un ejecutivo y me dieron una ficha para esperar mi turno, el mismo gerente me dijo ahorita lo atendemos.
Yo sentado 40 minutos el mismo gerente paso a mas personas y no me atendio NADIE.
Le pregunte que que estaba pasando por que no recibia atencion? Y no supo que decir mas que ellos tenian cita lo cual es una mentira y al final se DISCULPO .
LA PREGUNTA DONDE SE SACAN LAS CITAS?
Y RELMENTE CON UNA DISCULPA SE ARREGLA??
Pesimo service, I asked to speak with an executive and they gave me a file to wait my turn, the same manager told me right now we attend it.
I sat 40 minutes the same manager happened to more people and I did not attend ANYONE.
I asked him what was happening because he did not receive attention? And he did not know what to say but that they had an appointment which is a lie and in the end he DISCUSSED.
THE QUESTION WHERE THE QUOTES ARE TAKEN OUT?
AND RELEVANCE WITH AN APOLOGY FITS ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían de mejorar el servicio al cliente ya que hay una que otra persona que atiende en el establecimiento y te miran feo o te atienden de una manera arrogante, solo espero que mejoren eso ya que en si es buena sucursal la cual ofrecen los mismos servicios que cualquier otra de procedencia.
They should improve customer service since there is one or another person who attends the establishment and they look at you ugly or they serve you in an arrogant way, I just hope they improve that since it is a good branch which offers the same services as any other source.
