★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal muy poco capacitado, tengo un homónimo y no me pudieron ayudar que por que eso lo hace la casa matriz y cuando fui a la casa matriz me dijieron que ellos deben hacer ese proceso. Si tienen ese problema pierden su tiempo en esta sucursal mejor vallan a la que está en sendero ahí les ayudan rápido.
Very poorly trained staff, I have a homonym and they could not help me because that is what the parent company does and when I went to the parent company they told me that they should do that process. If they have that problem, they waste their time in this branch, they better go to the one on the path, they help them quickly.

Too bad with the big problem of ATMs or they only have one oerpers in customer service, you have to wait more than an hour and then they do not give you response time for your return at ATMs

O cambiarse de banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El gerente y algunos del personal tienen buena actitud de servicio pero otros si les cuesta, hasta parecen automatizados para trabajar, te hacen esperar mucho para poder pasar con un ejecutivo, cajas rapidas
The manager and some of the staff have a good service attitude but others if it costs them, they even seem automated to work, they make you wait a long time to be able to pass with an executive, fast boxes

They didn't allow me to go with my mom, who is an older adult and they didn't even give her a solution because she didn't know how to use a cell phone. I mean, lousy treatment even for older people.
