★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio al cliente que he recibido en un banco.Para empezar tardan muchísimo en atenderte. Deberian eliminar la atención por telefono al número 800. Aparte de que son groseros te cuelgan, no te ayudan para nada.Puro batallar desde que abri cuenta con ellos.
The worst customer service I have received in a bank. To begin they take a long time to assist you. They should eliminate attention by phone at 800. Apart from being rude they hang you, they don't help you at all. I have to fight since I opened them.

Terrible service .. very late lines and there are no ATMs .. there are no ATMs in the city. One necessarily has to go to the branch to withdraw cash.
