★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio lento, te sugieren tramitar potabilidad de nomina por otra vía que no sea ventanilla atención a clientes, te piden un comprobante de domicilio para tramitar una inversión, pasando con otro asesor y sin necesidad del comprobante se apertura la cuenta, no hay tramite de tarjeta de crédito "BASE".
Slow service, they suggest you process payroll payroll through another way that is not a customer service window, they ask you for a proof of address to process an investment, passing with another advisor and without the need for the proof the account is opened, there is no card process "BASE" credit card.

NUNCA PUEDO COMUNICARME A SUS TELEFONOS Y NO HAY NI GERENTE NI EJECUTIVO QUE RESUELVA LA PROBLEMATICA DE MI CUENTA
It is not possible CITIBANAMEX has my account blocked because they do not have updated documents, we have delivered them 5 times from June to date and the problem continues.
I CAN NEVER COMMUNICATE ON YOUR PHONES AND THERE IS NO MANAGER OR EXECUTIVE WHO RESOLVES MY ACCOUNT PROBLEM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ven al cliente (no millonario) como una persona ignorante. NO tienen ganas de trabajar y dar un servicio respetuoso y sin proyectar sus odios. Claro hay MUY pocas excepciones. La señorita de la entrada es sumamente jetona (no tenemos culpa de sus experiencias) y, enseguida se coloca arriba del cliente. Muy desagradable.
They see the customer (not a millionaire) as an ignorant person. They do NOT want to work and give a respectful service without projecting their hatred. Of course there are VERY few exceptions. The lady at the entrance is extremely jetona (we are not to blame for her experiences) and she immediately places herself on top of the client. Very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cajeros son muy insistentes en ofrecerte que crees una cuenta o que cambies tu afore o un seguro o una tarjeta de crédito, es muy molesto y si les dices que no es pésimo su trato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio poco personal además de que los ejecutivos se pasean en lugar de resolver y atender clientes, les vale madres estos comentarios pero nuestro tiempo es muy valioso aunque no seamos VIP …..
Terrible little personal service in addition to executives walking around instead of solving and serving clients, they are worth these comments but our time is very valuable even if we are not VIP ... ..
