Tuve que esperar 40 minutos para depositar una orden de pago en mi cuenta de cheques, porque los señores no querian aceptar mi pasaporte como identificacion, siendo que a nivel INTERNACIONAL, el pasaporte es el documento de identificacion máxima. Es mi tercera visita a esta sucursal en el mes, y siempre tengo algun inconveniente. Pienso seriamente cambiar de institución bancaria Terrible bank branch. Si está en sus manos, busquen otro banco que no sea Citibanamex. Customer service is not a priority here. They can make them wait 2 hours to attend them at the only customer service window. Pero cuando en el 2012 acudía mucho a la sucursal para realizar movimientos y sin duda jamás. Tenía quejas. Como ahora que ya no es ni la sombra de lo que era? El estacionamiento puede ser un problema. Recomiendo ir con tiempo, puede demorar si se necesita atención en ventanilla. No abran cuentas ahí.
