★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La persona que me atendió estaba de malas en mi opinión una persona así no debería de trabajar en cajas les falta muchísimo para empezar a comparar los con bancos... les pedí unas terminales para el negocio duraron más de un mes en llevarlas y la persona que fue ni tomo el tiempo para explicarles cómo funcionaban las terminales no recomiendo las falta atención a los empleados para que puedan sonreír y no trasmitir una mala vibra
The person who attended to me was bad in my opinion such a person should not work in boxes they need a lot to start comparing them with banks ... I asked them some terminals for the business took more than a month to take them and the person I did not take the time to explain how the terminals worked I do not recommend the lack of attention to employees so they can smile and not transmit a bad vibe

Duré 2 horas en espera para cambiar un cheque, y me dijieron que en CDMX ya eran las 4 pm, que ya no se podia, fui el dia siguiente, y duré otras 2 horas hasta que lo pude cambiar. Luego me quisieron obligar una cuenta para recibir mejor servicio! Cual cree que fue mi respuesta?
Terrible service! I waited 2 hours to change a check, and they told me that in CDMX it was already 4 pm, that it was no longer possible, I went the next day, and it lasted another 2 hours until I could change it. Then they wanted to force me an account to receive better service! What do you think was my answer?
