★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un asco de sucursal citibanamex en especial la señorita de AFORE BANAMEX en el tiempo que estuve en la sala de espera frente a ella observé que tiene un genio de los mil demonios valga la redundancia regularmente llegaron personas de la tercera edad las cuales van a hacer trámites de pensión y pues la trata de una manera que no es creíble aparte de que les grita y no les tiene paciente a los adultos mayores por ahí un consejo si saben que algún familiar suyo va a ir a AFORE BANAMEX no los dejen ir solos con esa chica.
La verdad en mi humilde opinión si no tienen temperamento para tratar a personas amablemente y con educación no es para que esté en ese puesto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio demoré más de una hora para una tarjeta de crédito y cuando me tocaba me brincaron x alguien que llegó después de mi, pero como no están organizados y se equivocaron, le pidieron a la señorita de las tarjetas no llamarme y pasaron a otro sin turno, mejor me retiré
Terrible service I took more than an hour for a credit card and when it was my turn they jumped me by someone who came after me, but since they are not organized and they were wrong, they asked the lady with the cards not to call me and they switched to another without turn, I better retired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo porque no le puedo dar 0 estrellas, ya que el trato del personal hacia las personas que acuden abrir una cuenta, es deficiente ya que no te apoyan en nada. Básicamente esas personas solo están para dar la ficha y ya. Y mas hacia las personas mayores, el trato es de mala gana.
Terrible service, just because I cannot give it 0 stars, since the treatment of the staff towards the people who come to open an account, is deficient since they do not support you in anything. Basically those people are only there to give the token and that's it. And more towards the elderly, the treatment is reluctant.
