★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No avisan cuando reabrirán. Eso molesta. Tengo inversión a tres meses y no me pueden arreglar una situación más que únicamente cuando se "cumpla" el plazo y ahora TENDRÉ que esperar otros tres meses más porque ellos NO abren !!!!! Pésimo servicio!!!!!
They do not warn when they will reopen. That bothers. I have a three-month investment and they can't fix a situation for me only when the term is "met" and now I WILL have to wait another three months because they DO NOT open !!!!! Terrible service!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el señor de la entrada me dió turno para pasar con los ejecutivos de aclaraciones donde esperé más de 20min, ahí no atendían mi trámite así que me mandaron con los de ventas. Tuve que tomar otro turno y perder otros 40mín esperando porque de 4 cubículos sólo había 2 ejecutivos atendiendo. Al final, con todo y que se saltaron turnos de las personas que se desesperaron y se fueron, pasé y tampoco pudieron hacerme mi trámite porque por teléfono no me dieron la información correcta. Pésimo servicio en sucursal tanto como por teléfono, sólo hacen perder el tiempo.
Bad service, the man at the entrance gave me a turn to spend with executives clarifications where I waited more than 20min, there they did not attend my procedure so they sent me with the sales. I had to take another shift and lose another 40min waiting because of 4 cubicles there were only 2 executives attending. In the end, with everything and they skipped shifts of people who despaired and left, I passed and could not do my paperwork because they did not give me the correct information by phone. Bad service in branch as well as by phone, they just waste time.
