★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la sucursal esta echa un asco, no por la limpieza sino por sus empleados, las cajeras y cajeros dan un servicio nefasto, se ponen al tu por tu con el cliente, te retan y se tardan horrores, solo hay dos cajeros y los turnos llegan a rebasar los 60 en espera, la gerente anterior era nefasta, nefasta; solo se limitaba a decir así es aquí señor, no podemos hacer nada, mientras había hasta 4 o 5 personas adentro sin hacer absolutamente nada, ojala mejore el servicio ya que puse mi confianza y el 70 % de mis cuentas en este banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las veces que he ido a Banamex, en especial a esta sucursal, he tenido muy mala experiencia, hace poco menos de un año decidí cancelar mi tarjeta de crédito que tenía con ellos, ahora como ya NO soy cliente Banamex, me dejan al último y si siguen llegando personas que sean CLIENTES BANAMEX , no me atienden, hasta que pasen los "CLIENTES BANAMEX " .
No se si se percatan, pero pienso que es RACISMO y si es eso, pues esta penado por la ley! Deben atender como va uno llegando! ?♀️?♀️ Ojala solucionen esta situación, porque no fui la única, otra chica también le pasó lo mismo. ??
