Si quieres pasar a ventanilla tienes que hacer una fila que dobla la cuadra, eso porque nomas ponen una cajera a atender y Para hacer un tramite con un ejecutivo te llevas todo un día, por lo mismo, solo una persona atendiendo y las demás nomas para arriba y para abajo, haciendo todo, menos atendiendo a la fluidez de los clientes. Pesimo!!! A parte falta que pongan mas cajeros automáticos y alguna practicaja.
Terrible service !!!! If you want to go to the window, you have to make a line that doubles the block, that's because they only have a cashier to attend and to do a procedure with an executive you take a whole day, for the same reason, only one person attending and the rest only to up and down, doing everything, except attending to the fluidity of the customers. Appalling!!! Besides, they need to put more ATMs and some practice.
