★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio al cliente muy lento, solo una persona atendiendo en esa área, falta de optimización de procesos no de lo recursos pero si de Banamex , me parece nefasto solo para recoger una tarjeta que demore más de 45 mints !!! Y en mi caso no es la primera vez con Banamex
Very slow customer service, only one person serving in that area, lack of optimization of processes, not of resources, but of Banamex, it seems disastrous just to collect a card that takes more than 45 minutes !!! And in my case it is not the first time with Banamex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención. Los empleados se van a comer a media fila y ponen excusas para todo en vez de resolver problemas. Siempre priorizan asuntos personales sobre los clientes que estamos esperando turno.
Bad attention. The employees are going to eat in the middle row and make excuses for everything instead of solving problems. They always prioritize personal matters about the clients that we are waiting for.

Varias personas esperando y nadie hizo nada para agilizar el servicio

Terrible customer service and attention, I had a problem with my account and the manager was zero empathetic and even rude. The bank is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve un problema grave con mi cuenta y no había nadie que pudiera resolverlo. El gerente no estaba ahí (desde las 12 de la tarde) y me dijeron que no iba a estar en todo el día, no había forma de escalar mi problema. Pésimo servicio en general.
I had a serious problem with my account and there was no one who could solve it. The manager was not there (since 12 in the afternoon) and they told me that he would not be there all day, there was no way to escalate my problem. Terrible service overall.
