★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, y cuando al fin te atienden el personal ni te prestan atención. Adicional comentan que si el INE no lleva la dirección (Lo cual es por ley la puedes ocultar) no es válida como identificación oficial y por ende si no llevas comprobante de domicilio no te prestan el servicio.
Terrible service, and when they finally attend to you, the staff don't even pay attention to you. Additionally they comment that if the INE does not have the address (which is by law you can hide it) it is not valid as official identification and therefore if you do not have proof of address they will not provide you with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banamex siempre ha sido un mal banco, burocrático, tedioso y con muchas trabas para cualquier trámite. Después de que tuve que pelear e irme a juicio para la devolución de un dinero que tardo 3 años jure no volver.
El otro día por desgracia tuve que ir para hacer un trámite obligatorio, estuve de 10 de la mañana a 3 de la tarde, cinco horas viendo pasar el tiempo porque “nadie” te ayuda, ni la gerente.
En ese tiempo tuve la oportunidad de ver cómo llegaba Uber Eats, pasando comida a los trabajadores por la ventanilla, a un empleado ligando con las compañeras y al final del día, no había solución.
En definitiva, piénsalo muy bien si tienes que sacarte una cuenta con Banamex, hay mejores bancos con mejor y buen servicio, evita dolores de cabeza.
Banamex has always been a bad bank, bureaucratic, tedious and with many obstacles for any procedure. After I had to fight and go to trial for the return of a money that took 3 years, I swore not to return.
The other day unfortunately I had to go to do a compulsory procedure, I was from 10 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, five hours watching the time go by because "nobody" helps you, not even the manager.
At that time I had the opportunity to see how Uber Eats arrived, passing food to the workers through the window, to an employee flirting with the colleagues and at the end of the day, there was no solution.
In short, think very carefully if you have to get an account with Banamex, there are better banks with better and good service, avoid headaches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido en 2 oportunidades porque quiero revisar un problema que estoy teniendo con mi tarjeta de crédito y también poder tener los accesos para la aplicación. La 1ra oportunidad fue un 24 de diciembre a las 12 del mediodia, la agencia estaba vacía pero me dijeron que mejor fuera otro día porque el sistema estaba lento. La 2da oportunidad que fui, me dijeron que si podían verlo en la agencia pero que mejor lo hiciera por teléfono, cuando ya lo había intentando y me pedían pasar por una agencia.
Creo que no hay ganas de trabajar, al menos en esta agencia.
I have gone twice because I want to review a problem that I am having with my credit card and also be able to access the application. The 1st opportunity was on December 24 at 12 noon, the agency was empty but they told me it was better to be another day because the system was slow. The second chance I went, they told me if they could see it at the agency but better do it by phone, when I had already tried and they asked me to go through an agency.
I think there is no desire to work, at least in this agency.
