Muy buena organizacion para sus tramites manteniendo la sana distancia y agilizando los tramites con un ejecutivo flotando y guiando a los clientes desde la entrada. Muy buen uso de sus cajeros y otras opciones de banca digital y autoayuda para resolver dudas y tramites que.no requieren ejecutivos o entrar a ventanilla. Entre y sali en menos de 15min me encanto el respeto y manejo de mi tiempo. Excellent service and attention. No hay sana distancia ni mucho menos. Muy mal. Terrible service, the executives work as slow as they can, they are not interested in giving priority to the disabled or the elderly, so that you can be attended by a minimum of 3 hours of waiting. There is no healthy distance, much less. Very badly.

Si se pudiera le daba menos 5 estrellas.
