★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con sus cajeros nuevos son puras fallas, Banamex está catalogado como unos de los peores bancos en atención a clientes. Sólo tienen una ventanilla de atención a clientes y cuando te toca, te atienden de muy mal gusto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque la atención con asesores es buena, se carece de rapidez, y en cuanto a caja no se diga, en ocasiones es necesario más de una hora de fila. Por otro lado en los cajeros es usual encontrar que los días de quincena se encuentre uno o dos fuera de servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mienten diciendo que no hay sistema para no atenderte y que en todos los Banamex esta igual, fui al de plaza San Felipe y si me atendieron. En ocasiones el gerente no se encuentra en sucursal y algunos tramites no pueden hacerse. O eso dicen el resto de empleados para no atender.
They lie saying that there is no system to not assist you and that in all Banamex it is the same, I went to the one in Plaza San Felipe and they did attend me. Sometimes the manager is not in the branch and some procedures cannot be done. Or so the rest of the employees say so as not to attend.
