★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, una sola fila para todos los trámites, aparte de que llega gente que no está formada y el subgerente les permite el acceso directo, mientras te tienen parado en el rayo del sol con un servicio demasido lento, no tienen la mínima organización y no dan un buen servicio al cliente.
Porfavor hagan algo con esta sucursal, pues recalcó es pésimo el servicio.

The service is terrible, a single line for all the procedures, apart from the fact that people who are not trained arrive and the assistant manager allows them direct access, while they have you standing in the sun with a too slow service, they do not have the minimum organization and do not give good customer service.
Please do something with this branch, as he stressed the service is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, te hacen esperar hooooras, no les importa si eres priority y una de las personas de la entrada es super grosera. Te dicen que tienes que ir a las 9am para sacar un turno y te atiendan. De verdad es un asco de sucursal y la gente que atiende deja muchísimo que desear.
Terrible service and attention, they make you wait hours, they don't care if you're a priority and one of the people at the entrance is super rude. They tell you that you have to go at 9am to make an appointment and they take care of you. It really is a disgusting branch and the people who serve it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los ejecutivos de la sucursal hacen las cosas taaaaaan lento, pareciera que esperan a que te aburras y te vayas para atender a menos personas, argumentan que los tramites son tardados y con eso quieren justificar las 2 hrs que esperas afuera formado y las otras 3 sentado en lo que se dignan a atenderte.
Un ejemplo mas de la mala administracion de los que guardan e invierten nuestro dinero.
2da vuelta finalmente pase a 1 ejecutivo y ahora el sistema no se lo permite, son prepotentes groseros y con pocas ganas de resolver problemas
The branch executives do things sooo slowly, it seems that they wait for you to get bored and leave to serve fewer people, they argue that the procedures are late and with that they want to justify the 2 hours you wait outside in formation and the other 3 sitting down in what they deign to assist you.
One more example of the mismanagement of those who save and invest our money.
2nd round I finally go to 1 executive and now the system does not allow it, they are arrogant rude and with little desire to solve problems

No contraten aquí, ningun servicio.
