entre lo que llegue esperé y el trámite me llevé aproximadamente una hora,creo que no me gusta es que cada que vas a pasar con un ejecutivo a aperturar cuenta o alguna cosa te quieren meter a fuerzas el cambio de Aforey te dicen que no tardan mucho cuando en realidad tardan entre 40 minutos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve desde las 9:45, esperando a que abrieran la sucursal. Eran las 10:45 y ninguna de las dos enormes filas, se había movido ni un milímetro. Pésimo servicio. Se entiende la situación de la pandemia, pero creo que deberían abrir TODAS las sucursales. No es posible que tarden más de media hora en atender a una sola persona.
I was since 9:45, waiting for the branch to open. It was 10:45 and neither of the two huge lines had moved an inch. Terrible service. The pandemic situation is understood, but I think they should open ALL branches. It cannot take more than half an hour to serve a single person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si no están preparados para atender al cliente, deberían cerrar su sucursal. Pésimo servicio, lento, groseros, sucios, no respetan turnos, ni sirven sus pantallas.
If they are not prepared to serve the customer, they should close their branch. Terrible service, slow, rude, dirty, they don't respect shifts, nor do they serve their screens.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este sucursal no resuelve nada, dan puras escusas para no atender, los que atienden y el mismo gerente son inoperantes y la actitud es lo peor que he visto en el rubro financiero y de servicio. No se para que trabajan si no quieren atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marzo 24, 2022. Seleccioné esta sucursal para recoger mi TDC, ya que en casa no hay quién la reciba. El trato en ventanilla pésimo, nada eficiente, me hicieron firmar varias hojas, y la srita. con bastantes áreas de oportunidad para mejorar el servicio y atención. En la ventanilla de a lado también estaban dando un trato poco servicial al cliente.
March 24, 2022. I selected this branch to pick up my TDC, since there is no one to receive it at home. The treatment at the window was lousy, not efficient at all, they made me sign several sheets, and the miss. with many areas of opportunity to improve service and attention. At the next window they were also treating the customer unhelpfully.
