Patriotismo solicité pasar con los ejecutivos de ventas me dieron turno y espere, vi que solo esperaba una señora pensé que no me demoraría tanto cuando veo que la gente empezó a pasar directo con los ejecutivos la señora y yo nos percatamos de ello y resulta que nadie tomaba turnos para pasar con los ejecutivos y nosotros teníamos que esperar? Por que?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el viernes a esta nueva sucursal y no me leyó mi tarjeta ,cuando en otras sucursales sin problemas,de hecho tuve que ir a otra para sacar ,y ahí no hubo problemas.
Al día siguiente,probe en otro cajero de la misma sucursal ,sin efectivo.
El servicio en general está decayendo ,muchas sucursales están cerrando y otras más están bastante deterioradas
Como consejo dejen sacar desde 50 pesos en todos los cajeros ,no sólo en los que acepten pagos.

Ich hatte schon mehrere mehrstündigen Termine und es funktioniert weder der Eingang meines Gehalts noch kann ich online bei Ikea, Amazon oder Cosco bezahlen. Der Mitarbeiter der mein Konto Anfang April eröffnet hat, hat wohl meinen RFC falsch eingeben. Meine Frau wartet seit drei Monaten auf Ihre Namenskorrektur. Man spricht mit vielen Mitarbeitern und füllt viele Anträge aus aber es passiert nichts. Ich frage mich auch wo die ganzen Kopien landen die sie machen, weil man muss immer wieder alle Dokumente mitbringen. Viel Zeit muss man auch mitbringen. Gut wenn man diese Zeit hat. :( Die Prozesse sind nicht kundenorientiert. Man kann keine regelmäßigen Zahlungen wie Miete etc. programmieren. Eine Kreditkarte bekommt man als Expat auch nicht. Bei anderen Banken schon. Wenn Ihr die Chance habt ein Gehaltskonto frei zu wählen, kann ich Euch nur empfehlen es nicht bei der Citibanamex zu machen. Spart Euch den Ärger und die Zeit. Sie werden Euch bei ihren gemachten Fehlern nicht helfen wie ihr es braucht. Sie verstehen nicht und es interessiert sie auch nicht.
