El banco más lento de todos, siempre tienen poco personal y aún con cita se tardan hasta 4 horas o te dicen que saques otra cita.

Pesimo es lunes y en dos sucursales haciendo fila para tramitar una tarjeta debito y sus ejecutivos te atienden hasta el miercoles o jueves y no te dan informacion donde tramitarla

Pésimo servicio, la vieja que atiende en la entrada se porta muy grosera, por teléfono no tienen idea de que pasa y no te arreglan nada, llevo desde enero intentando arreglar algo y no me han resuelto nada y en otros bancos a conocidos en una semana se los arreglaron. Tratando de describirlos es un lugar horrible y pésimo en todo aspecto, aparecer en las demás sucursales son iguales ??‍♂️
Terrible service, the old woman who attends the entrance is very rude, on the phone they have no idea what is happening and they do not fix anything for you, I have been trying to fix something since January and they have not solved anything for me and in other banks to acquaintances in a week they managed. Trying to describe them, it is a horrible and lousy place in every aspect, appearing in the other branches are the same ??‍♂️

El peor banco, muy lento, no hacen nada por agilizar, tienen una sola fila para accesar a la sucursalpara siendo q unos van para ventanilla y otros para ejecutivo en donde se tardan una eternidad, pudiendo hacer 2 filas y q no hagan perder tiempo al cliente

Solo en el momento que estuve se fue la luz 2 veces, no pude retirar efectivo ni de cajero ni de ventanilla, por alguna razón bloquearon mi tarjeta y tenía que solicitar reposición del plástico, para eso hay que ir con un ejecutivo y sacar cita desde las 9am, en definitiva pésimo banco

Pésimo servicio y su personal ni capacitado estar para dar una explicación, dos horas en la fila y sin avanzar , gente hasta sentada en el piso , cero recomendado

Pésima sucursal. Peor que el IMSS, hacer fila temprano para ver si alcanzas turno con ejecutivo.. una ventanilla abierta para una fila interminable.
Lousy branch. Worse than the IMSS, queuing early to see if you can get a turn with an executive... an open window for an endless line.

Una que todos se saben. Tienes que desperdiciar un día entero para que "tal vez" te atiendan. Hasta parece que te hacen un favor los ejecutivos. Francamente, sigo sin saber por qué aún existe el banco en Saltillo, si nada puedes hacer. Mucha gente tiene que perder su sueldo del día (si es que se les da la gana atenderte en ése día), para poder hacer un trámite. Pésimo banco, pésimos empleados.
One that everyone knows. You have to waste an entire day to "maybe" get served. It even seems like the executives are doing you a favor. Frankly, I still don't know why the bank still exists in Saltillo, if there's nothing you can do about it. Many people have to lose their salary for the day (if they feel like serving you on that day), in order to carry out a procedure. Terrible bank, terrible employees.
