E	Edgar Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente, debe ser el peor de todo Banamex. El tiempo de espera es muy largo y se puede ver a los ejecutivos sin trabajar y en otras cosas. La gerencia tampoco es capaz de resolver problemas de ningún tipo. La persona que orienta en la entrada no provee indicaciones adecuadas ni claras. Te hacen sentir como si les debieras algo por ser cliente y tener tus cuentas con ellos. Pésimo, realmente pésimo servicio al cliente. Es una pena que sea el banamex más cercano a CMN S XXI y Hospital General, en donde tantos trabajadores de la salud dependemos del mismo. Si alguien de altos mandos de Banamex lee esto, por favor hagan algo con los empleados de esta sucursal. Bad customer service, must be the worst in all of Banamex. The waiting time is very long and you can see the executives without working and on other things. Management is also not capable of solving problems of any kind. The person who guides at the entrance does not provide adequate or clear indications. They make you feel like you owe them something for being a customer and having your accounts with them. Lousy, really lousy customer service. It is a shame that it is the closest banamex to CMN S XXI and General Hospital, where so many health workers depend on it.
