Nada recomendable esta sucursal les recomiendo busque otra aunque más lejos los tratarán mejor. Pedí cita y me dijo que eso no se maneja en esa sucursal que ellos nunca han manejado citas...??? Osea como un comentario antes dice que lo atendieron con cita????

This branch is not recommended at all. I recommend you look for another one, although further away they will treat you better. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas al cajero o ventanilla sales rapido. Si vas con ejecutivo te puedes tardar hasta 3 horas. Tienen mucha gente que atender y poco personal.
If you go to the cashier or window, you get out quickly. If you go with an executive it can take you up to 3 hours. They have a lot of people to attend to and little staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable que sean un desorden y que aún los comentarios no hagan nada para solucionar el problema, 4 horas ya tenía la gente afuera del lugar esperando, yo me retire y perdí mi tiempo que no todos tenemos para aclarar algo que se podría hacer más ágil. Un asco de lugar mal organizado. Y aparte te dicen no tenemos gente si quieres esperar pero posiblemente no entres por qué ya vamos a cerrar!!!!
It is unfortunate that they are a mess and that the comments still do nothing to solve the problem, 4 hours I already had people outside the place waiting, I left and wasted my time that not all of us have to clarify something that could be done more agile. A disgusting place poorly organized. And apart from that they tell you we don't have people if you want to wait but you may not come in because we're going to close!!!!
