★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requiero hacer un depósito a una cuenta Banamex ,y solo por no saber el número de sucursal no lo pude realizar....les recomiendo que lo dejen a la vista ya que ni la sucursal lo exhibe y en internet no aparece.....me refiero a que llegue a una hora en la que la sucursal ya estaba cerrada e IVA a usar el cajero de depósitos.

Fui a reemplazo de netkey, me lo cambian y termina el trámite la señorita, cuando llego a mi casa y marco al 01-800 para activarlo, me dicen que no hay ningún netkey ligado a mi cuenta, o sea que la señorita omitió hacer dicho tramite, por lo que tendré que gastar de nuevo mi tiempo y gasolina en ir a sucursal a solucionar un error que no fue mio.
The attention was very kind, but incomplete. I went to replace netkey, they change it for me and the process ends, when I come to my house and I dial 01-800 to activate it, they tell me that there is no netkey linked to my account, that is, the lady omitted to do this process, so I will have to spend my time and gas again to go to the branch to solve an error that was not mine.
