G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a sucursal para dejar unos documentos que hacían falta de mi expediente, y lo que no quisieron hacer en otra sucursal, en esta si pude llevar a cabo el trámite sin problemas. Adicional que me ayudaron con un problema con mis estados de cuenta de afore. I went to the branch to leave some documents that were missing from my file, and what they did not want to do in another branch, in this one if I could carry out the process without problems. Additional that they helped me with a problem with my afore account statements.

Estuve 2 horas en sucursal esperando que me dijeran el estatus de recuperación de una tarjeta. Recomiendo otra sucursal. Terrible service, I don't know why they have so many lists if they don't respect the order anyway. I spent 2 hours in the branch waiting for them to tell me the recovery status of a card. I recommend another branch.
