El trato es amable PERO son lentísimos; el Banamex más lento en el que he estado y por mucho. Hoy entré 9:04am y sólo había 4 clientes delante de mí; me atendieron hasta las 9:35, y eso que tenían dos cajas abiertas. Quiere decir que cada caja atiende un cliente cada 15 minutos, ¡es muchísimo! Hoy hice un retiro y tardaron 4 minutos en la operación pero la ocasión anterior tardaron 11 minutos en la misma operación. Según lo que observé es porque se distraen mucho los cajeros, necesitan revisar bien su proceso.
