★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad Citibanamex debe atender esta sucursal por que el servicio que dan ahí no es bueno,hay mucha desorganización por por parte de los empleados y a veces es una perdida de tiempo ir aqui. 2 hrs para que me entregaron un estado de cuenta.

Está encerrada y por lo mismo, ha sido asaltada en repetidas ocasiones.
El personal siempre anda de mal genio y no atienden de forma correcta.
Es como si nos hicieran un favor.
This branch is poorly designed.
It is locked and therefore, has been assaulted repeatedly.
The staff are always short-tempered and do not serve properly.
It's like they are doing us a favor.

Pésimo servicio!
The worst customer service, too slow, I spent more than 2 hours waiting to open a new account and I can't wait any longer, I asked and they answered what 2 HOURS MORE !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ muy lento mucha fila vas con un problema y sales con mas ?. deberian de ser mas eficiente su aplicacion afuerzas hay que ir al banco cuado cambias de cell lo que no ago con banorte. un simple. cambio de cell o estado de cuenta te llevas mas de 3 horas no exajero .
very slow a lot of line you go with a problem and you leave with more ?. Their application should be more efficient because you have to go to the bank when you change your cell, which I do not do with Banorte. A simple. change of cell or account statement you take more than 3 hours without exajero.
