★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal altamente incompetente, extravían documentos importantes y porfavor no confíe en esta sucursal ya que llevo 2 intentos queriendo retirar mi dinero de inversión, y siempre me salen con que me falta algo, ya que por fin tenia todo para que me entregarán! Sorpresa, el ejecutivo perdió toda mi documentación! Y una vez más me la volvieron a hacer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, dan "fichas" para atención a clientes. Para trámites tan simples como cancelación de portabilidad de nómina no hay fichas, no fuera para llevar tu afore u obtener una tarjeta si hay tiempo y ganas...
Terrible service, they give "chips" for customer service. For procedures as simple as cancellation of payroll portability there are no tokens, not to carry your afore or obtain a card if there is time and desire ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienes que hacer cita para todo, fui a qué me ayudarán porque mi tarjeta no servia y según ellos ya trabajaba biene fui sin verificar y al cuando quise usarla el cajero de ia tarjeta inexistente y en la application decía que no tenía tarjeta asignada a mi cuenta, conclusión tuve que regresar nuevamente y perder otro día de trabajo.. PESIMO SERVICIO MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA SIEMPRE QUE VOY TODO LO TENGO QUE ARREGLAR LLENDO A LA SUCURSAL, lástima que es el único que me queda cerca de casa. Cambie a Bancomer para dejar de perder mis días de trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a activar mi aforé móvil me pidieron mi información y hasta huellas digitales, para que al final yo terminará de activar mi banca móvil solo, CUIDADO PARECE FRAUDE O ROBO DE INFORMACIÓN, ya que siempre eh tenido mi aforé en Banamex y no pudieran hacer nada, algo claro está me cambiaré de aforé a estar aguantando su inutilidad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Hdspm que da turnos en la entrada es una OGT te hace esperar bastante, en BBVA atienden mejor, viene uno aquí porque es lo más cercano pero todos son una bola de ineptos, les queda grande el puesto, deberían de renovar personal porque te hacen esperar mucho.
The HDspm that takes turns at the entrance is an OGT, it makes you wait a long time, at BBVA they serve better, one comes here because it's the closest thing, but they're all a bunch of inept people, the position is too big for them, they should renew staff because they make you wait a lot.
