★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta capacitación a cierto personal, muy ineficientes. Tengan cuidado con ciertos cajeros que se equivocan y luego no solucionan su error. Era de las mejores sucursales, qué lástima!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta cerrado para hacer operaciones en ventanilla, ampliaron sus servicios de cajeros sucursal como los de BBVA y hay una manta que dice proximamente sucursal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal es bastante grande pues tiene 18 cajas, de las cuáles 10 son para los clientes PRIORITY, 2 para los demás terjatehabientes, 4 para servicio al cliente y dos están cerradas. ¿De qué sirve que tengan tantas cajas si 6 son para la mayoría de sus clientes? Pésimo servicio.
This branch is quite large because it has 18 boxes, of which 10 are for PRIORITY clients, 2 for other terjate beneficiaries, 4 for customer service and two are closed. What good is it if you have so many boxes if 6 are for most of your customers? Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pésima atención, no te resuelven nada. No es la primera vez que un cajero se "traga" el depósito y no te resuelven.
Terrible service, terrible attention, they don't solve anything for you. It is not the first time that a cashier "swallows" the deposit and they do not resolve you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que horror de atención... nos tienen a todos formados dese hace bastante tiempo sin decir nada... cuando vimos que la sucursal esta pronta a cerrar preguntamos si nos atenderán o íbamos a otra sucursal y nos dijeron que no sabían si nos atenderán que hiciéramos lo que fuera por que no saben!!! eso pudieron responder....
What a horror of attention ... they have all of us trained for a long time without saying anything ... when we saw that the branch is ready to close we asked if they would attend us or we were going to another branch and they told us that they did not know if they would attend to us what we did whatever it was because they don't know !!! that they could answer ...

Open on Saturday from 9 to 2. I quickly went to the window to pick up the card, it took 20 minutes to complete the process.
