The people are friendly but the service is very slow, there are 6 windows and there are only 2 cashiers attending and there are quite a lot of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una sucursal muy concurrida y solo hay un ejecutivo atendiendo (y otros tantos solo haciendo “nada”), por lo qué, el tiempo de espera es larguísimo.
El gerente es grosero y malísimo organizando su personal. Tiene a una cajera y a una ejecutiva como recepcionistas, en lugar de ubicarlas en sus puestos para atender mas rápido a los clientes.
It is a very busy branch and there is only one executive attending (and many others just doing "nothing"), so the waiting time is very long.
The manager is rude and lousy at organizing his staff. He has a cashier and an executive as receptionists, instead of placing them in their positions to serve customers faster.
