He visitado bancos, tardados, lentos en servicio, pero en definitiva este se lleva el primer lugar. Llevo más de una hora sentado esperando turno, mientras la gerente si no le aceptas que te lo incorpore a su aforé. Te deja esperando y pasando gente sin turno. Terrible servicio y considerenlo un cumplido.

Pésimo servicio, es un horror ir a hacer cualquier movimiento. Espere más de dos horas por un servicio que nunca llegó, si no tienen suficientes empleados para satisfacer la demanda es mejor que cierren esa sucursal

Pesimo servicio, los de servicio a cliente que con ellos no es. Que con ejecutivo de cuenta, los ejecutivos de cuenta que en caja, y los de caja que a la linea de ayuda. Y los de la linea de ayuda que asistas a una sucursal. Pesimo el servicio al menos de esa sucursal, jamas pienso regresar a un lugar donde me hacen sentir como si me hicieran un favor cuando yo les hago un favor al tener mi dinero con ellos.

Son de lo peor. No orientan en dónde hacer tu cita. No tienen gente y no quieren atender, dicen que por protocolo sobre covid. Deberían de tener gente profesional.

Vine a reponer mi tarjeta de nómina y o sorpresa que no hay plásticos porque lo tengo que solicitar por internet y en 15 días llegan o que le busque en internet donde hay otra sucursal y que valla por si fuera poco para actualizar y capturar datos es un tiempo de 1 a 1:30 min pésimo servicio
