★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Te insisten para hacer tu portabilidad de nómina sin que tengas que formarte y cuando tienes un problema con la tarjeta para hacer retiros solo te dicen que te atienden con cita.
Entonces cuando se trata de lo que a ellos les conviene te atienden con todo el gusto y cuando tienes alguna problemática se niegan a proporcionar el servicio

So when it comes to what is convenient for them, they take care of you with all the pleasure and when you have any problem they refuse to provide the service

Hay que esperar alrededor de 3 horas para poder hacer el trámite, puedo entender que es un problema generalizado que tienen todas las instituciones bancarias pero la sucursal de Neza-Chedraui es la peor
My experience in ATMs has always been good, the annoyance in this branch is the terrible service provided by the executives... You have to wait around 3 hours to be able to do the process, I can understand that it is a generalized problem that all of them have banking institutions but the Neza-Chedraui branch is the worst
