 Excellent service from all the staff I went to all areas and they all behaved very professional. Executives prepared. As in any bank there are many people on specific days but I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, si llegas a las 10 ya no te dan cita, me bloquearon mi tarjeta por error del sistema y no me quisieron atender, deberían de ser un poco más conscientes con la gente que trabajamos y tenemos que pedir permiso.
Terrible service, if you arrive at 10 o'clock they no longer give you an appointment, they blocked my card due to a system error and they did not want to attend to me, they should be a little more conscientious with the people who work and we have to ask for permission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, te hacen dar dos o mas vueltas para sacar cita para que te atienda un ejecutivo, ya sé que estamos en pandemia pero, pónganse a pensar en la gente que trabajamos y tenemos que pedir permiso para salir un momento y resulta que al otro día tenemos que volver a ir ?
Terrible service, they make you give two or more laps to make an appointment for an executive to attend you, I know that we are in a pandemic but, think about the people we work with and we have to ask permission to leave for a moment and it turns out that the other day we have to go again ?

Un viejo pelón, valiendo que estemos formados se mete a la fila y el asesor, en lugar de que lo regrese a la fila, se pone a atenderlo. Nacos miserables! CHTM Todos sus trabajadores que no tienen respeto por el tiempo de la gente.
Vomiting service ????, they give you a shift and they pass as they want, even if you arrive before, they attend to whoever gives them their whining. An old bald guy, assuming we are in line, gets into the line and the advisor, instead of being returned to the line, starts to attend to him. Miserable bastards! CHTM All your workers who have no respect for people's time.
