★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima. Una espera de más de 2 horas para un simple cambio de tarjeta. En la fila, entiendo que dejen pasar a quienes van a ventanilla, pues esto hace mas fluido la entrada y salida, PERO el vigilante y la ejecutiva en la entrada dejaba entrar a personas que ya conocían o conocían a ejecutivos. Eviten esta sucursal o si tienen más de 2 horas para esperar, tomen riesgo.
 The attention is lousy. A wait of more than 2 hours for a simple card change. In line, I understand that they let those who go to the window pass, as this makes the entry and exit more fluid, BUT the security guard and the executive at the entrance let in people who already knew or knew executives. Avoid this branch or if you have more than 2 hours to wait, take a risk.

Si de verdad quieres decir algo por lo que pasaste, te tomas el tiempo de dejar un comentario ya sea positivo o negativo con la esperanza de que cambien o mejoren las cosas... Pésimo servicio y atención desde la entrada hasta la salida sin poder concretar nada... Solo le cambian las monedas por billetes a los valets de la zona y chance te cobran un cheque... Pero si tienes que acudir con algún ejecutivo no te van a resolver, solo vas a perder el tiempo y mucho!
As the comments say... If you really want to say something you went through, you take the time to leave a comment either positive or negative in the hope that things will change or improve... Terrible service and attention from the entry to exit without being able to specify anything... They only change the coins for bills to the valets in the area and chance they charge you a check... But if you have to go to an executive they will not solve you, you will only waste time and a lot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. When cashing a cheque today, the teller did not count the money out-loud and cheated me out of 500 pesos. I felt like I was being rushed and was not able to count my cash till after I left the bank. He did not offer to give me any kind of receipt for the transaction.
2. Also, the wait is complete chaos. You have to take a ticket and also stand in a long line since the numbers are called completely out of order.
3. The security is fascist and wouldn't let me use my phone for a quick text.
