En vez de tener a 2 monitos preguntando donde tienes tu afore deberian poner otro modulo de atencion a clientes para agilizar los tramites. revisen y acomoden su operacion muchachos pueden eficientar mucho el tiempo
Of all the banamex I have been to this is the slowest. 2 hours to attend you in customer service. appalling.
Instead of having 2 little monkeys asking where you have your afore they should put another customer service module to speed up the procedures. check and accommodate your operation guys can be very efficient

Resulta que el sistema que ellos tienen para repartir a los clientes en las ventanillas siempre le dan "Preferencia" a sus cuentahabientes. Hable con la gerente, que lastimosamente no tengo su nombre para ponerlo aqui y me dijo que el sistema era asi y nada podia hacer. Resulta que habian hasta 20 personas esperando mas de una hora mientras todos los cuentahabientes esperan solo 10 minutos. SI NO SON CUENTAHABIENTES NO VAYAN A ESTE BANCO , SE NOTA QUE NO LES IMPORTA MEJORAR LAS COSAS , VOLVERE A IR A DEPOSITAR PUES LASTIMOSAMENTE TENGO QUE IR TODOS LOS SABADOS Y SI NO MEJORA EL SISTEMA PONDRE UNA OPINION CADA VEZ
A bank with poor customer service. To make just one deposit, it took me 1 hour and a half. It turns out that the system they have to distribute to customers in the windows always gives "preference" to their account holders. I talked to the manager, unfortunately I don't have his name to put it here and he told me that the system was like that and nothing I could do. It turns out that there were up to 20 people waiting more than an hour while all account holders wait only 10 minutes. IF YOU ARE NOT AN ACCOUNTANT DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK, NOTE THAT IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU TO IMPROVE THE THINGS, I WILL RETURN TO DEPOSIT THEN I WILL LASTLY HAVE TO GO ALL SATURDAYS AND IF I DO NOT IMPROVE THE SYSTEM I WILL OPINION EVERY TIME

What a lousy service they have and regarding the system they have of shifts, the disgust lasted more than half an hour and they didn't even attend to me, I chose to leave.
