Para pasar a que te atiendan 40 minutos y los ejecutivos caminando de un lado a otro quien sabe que haciendo. Mirntras espero mínimo 5 personas más quejándose de lo mismo Lousy customer service, they tell you one thing after another, apart from the fact that they treat you as if everything was your fault for not knowing the information. To spend 40 minutes waiting for you and the executives walking from one side to the other who knows what they are doing. Look, I expect at least 5 more people complaining about the same thing

Desde 4 pm hasta las 6 pm que terminaron mi trámite fue un infierno. Tanto ejecutivos como clientes estan en una mina de carbón. Es demasiado molesto el calor y lo engorroso que tornan los trámites. La organización para pasar con ejecutivos es pésima, siempre hay filas con montones de personas desorganizadas y la espera promedio es de 1 a 3 horas. Si pueden ir a otra sucursal estaría mucho mejor. I have had to come to this bank a couple of times and the truth is that the service leaves a lot to be desired. Veo a un solo ejecutivo atendiendo en mesa central. Y siempre es el mismo pretexto de que no dan resolución a aclaraciones porque el sistema está tardando o algo paso con el sistema que queda fuera de sus manos. Recomiendo altamente cambiarse de banco para aquellos que les sea posible The worst bank in Mexico. They ask to take a seat and there is no place.
