★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el único establecimiento citybanamex ,que me pudo activar mi net key , ya que por un problema en mis apellidos en otras no pudieron. Ellos los plaza Río buscaron hasta el último método para poderme dar el servicio.
Gracias alas personas que me atendieron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención del personal pero de dar pena su sistema atención a clientes mal peor que pésimo cerca de 3 horas de espera ejecutivos en una hora no pasa de numero la gerente ni se ocupa en una hora y sigue con el mismo cliente....
Very good service from the staff but to give shame about their customer service system bad worse than terrible about 3 hours of waiting executives in an hour the manager does not pass the number or takes care in an hour and continues with the same client ...
