N	Norma A Muñoz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no hay letrero en las sucursales si e no darán servicio. Ni informan sobre cambios de horario. Tienen a la gente sin idea de si darán servicio o no. Nada les cuesta enviar un correo o hacer llamadas para informar, Hoy mayo 13 2020, desorden y falta de logística para atender clientes, te tienen en una fila, para pasarte a otra a pleno rayo del sol, personal poco capacitado tuve que mostrar el microscopio donde esta mi tarjeta, porque según ellos no estaba ,cuando desde el 23 de abril esta mi tarjeta ahí Terrible, there is no sign in the branches if they will not provide service. Nor do they report schedule changes. They have people with no idea if they will serve or not. Sin duda no.recomiendo ni el banco , bbva se me va agil y atención. Appalling!!! They are getting slower and slower! Today is not fortnight and there are not many people, but the truth seems new. Hrs y media para reponer una tarjeta hay cuatro recepcionistas cuando no necesitas más que una y las 4 jugando necesitan más módulos de atención al cliente ! Nadan más andan pagando sueldos extras Not bad, lousy !!!
