THE STAR I PUT IT BECAUSE IT DOESN'T GIVE AN OPTION NOT TO PUT IT

Y estando adentro tarde otra hora más!!! Perdi toda la mañana y al final de cuentas no se resolvió nada!! Los empleados amables pero muy incompetentes y lentos. Además no hay sana distancia y demasiada gente. Tampoco control alguno no toman temperatura ni tienen tapetes sanitizantes. Vi gente entrando al cajero automático sin cubrebocas a un cajero más mugroso que la mugre misma. Urge atender esa decadente sucursal Horrible and depressing place and experience. Que se supone se debe usar, no funciona, en sucursal me indicaron que la nueva tarjeta la podría activar a través de la misma, resulta que el ejecutivo no la dio de alta en el sistema y por lo tanto no puedo activarla, trato de hacer el proceso vía telefónica y me dicen que no pueden validar la información. 1. Ineficacia total. 2. Personal mal capacitado 3. Son eternos en habilitar una tarjeta cuando por alguna razón se requiere el cambio, en especial si se hace por cuestiones de seguridad. Me dejaron afuera esperando 45 minutos mientras pasaban a otras personas que llegaron después de mí. Ya justo cuando me están pasando la señora gorda me dice que la cartilla militar no sirve como identificación. Me hicieron perder mi tiempo cuando desde un inicio se pudo evitar si el personal que recibe a los clientes presenta las identificaciones que ellos van aceptar, en ningún lugar te aceptan la licencia para manejar como identificación. Todas sus sucursales atarragadas de clientes, las esperas si por bien te va 50 minutos para que te atiendan más el tiempo que tarda el personal de servicios es resolver o aclarar el problema que tienes. Banamex te pondría CERO estrellas si el sistema me lo permitiera pero da gracias a Maps que lo mínimo para ponerte es una. Apparently all Banamex are not used for customer service.
